We work with QuickBooks Online. If your accounting software has API capabilities, we will connect with it.
For any accounting connection, agree which records move, in which direction, and the security, support, scope and cost. API access alone does not establish compatibility or make custom development automatic or free.
Setup scope and rates
- 10 hours of onboarding/setup assistance included at no additional charge.
- Beyond the included 10 hours, basic setup assistance is $95/hour.
- Special programming/custom development is up to $175/hour, with scope and estimate agreed before billable work.
Migration, configuration, training, integrations and timing are scoped for your installation. Included assistance is not unlimited support or a promise of free custom integrations. A demo request does not book a fixed appointment or provision an account.
Architecture commitments
How your customer data is stored
Our required customer architecture calls for a dedicated database for each customer, with no cross-mingling of customer ERP records. This is a target architecture and contractual commitment, not a statement that existing production deployments have been verified or certified.
These are delivery requirements. Deployment-specific evidence, access responsibilities and restore-test results must be verified and documented before a customer installation is described as meeting them. Ask us to review the architecture and contractual scope with you.
Architecture requirements and contract terms
- A dedicated database per customer—not merely customer-ID filters in a shared database.
- Private file storage, unique customer credentials and role-based permissions.
- Encrypted TLS connections and encryption at rest.
- Protected backups and tested restore procedures.
Requirements and contract terms do not by themselves verify a live deployment or certification. Ask for evidence specific to the deployment you are evaluating.

How can we review data protection?
Ask to review the design, access controls, backup and restore evidence for your installation. The architecture commitments below define delivery requirements; they are not independent certification of an installation.
What if we need more setup help?
